Refund Policy

At igroomschool, we strive to provide high-quality online courses that meet the needs of professional dog groomers. Due to the digital nature of our products, all course purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we are committed to complying with Australian Consumer Law. If you encounter any issues with your course, such as it being faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.

To request assistance, please contact our customer support team at learn@igroomschool.com.au within 15 minutes of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Refunds will not be provided for change of mind or accidental purchases.
